12-29-2013 at 0050 hrs. Co.19 and EMS 50 were alerted for the MVC PI on New George’s Creek Rd. south of Barton, Box Area 19-5. The pick-up truck was traveling south bound when the vehicle crossed the center line and traveled onto the hill side striking large rocks. The vehicle rolled approx. 8 – 9 times flipping while in the air several times according to the witness. The area was searched for a possible second victim, but no one was located. The driver was transported to WMRMC in Cumberland by TTEMS. MSP is investigating the crash. Co.19 had 13 firefighters on scene with Eng.-Rescue 192 and Brush 19.
